Signing in to the system using Single Sign-On (SSO)

No special access or permissions are required.
This article explains how to sign in to the system for the first time using Single Sign-On (SSO).
1. Signing in using SSO
To sign in using SSO:
- Navigate to Ideagen Smartforms.
- Select Change your server settings.
- Set the Customer name to Ideagen (case sensitive).
- Click Back to return to the main screen.
- Click Login with Ideagen SSO for Ideagen Support Managers (utilise your @ideagenplc.com account).
This step is crucial; otherwise, you will not be assigned to the Support group.
- Complete the SSO login process.
- Once completed, click the Login button to proceed.
For subsequent launches of the application, it is not necessary to revisit the server settings page. Simply enter login with SSO.
